Introduction:
Together with PML, Sp100 is a major constituent of the PML bodies, a subnuclear organelle involved in a large number of physiological processes including cell growth, differentiation and apoptosis. Autoantibody against Sp100 are suggested as a significant role in the diagnosis of primary biliary cirrhosis.
